  This place is very respe tful of guests and are very helpful. The rooms are neat and clean. Food is very nice although the waiter takez his job most seriousky and tends to want you sitting where he wants you to be rather than having choice

  Water pressure and ac are substandard at any level. Staff don't like your attempts at Spanish. Just seemed rude so I was compelled to book other excursions instead of being able to use the front desk resources. If you are a golfer, apparently you are a better customer.

  This hotel has had a makeover. We visited when they had the launch party and it was fabulous. Best night of the holiday... Lovely staff and food great.... Very clean and the location is perfect..

  Glad we picked this hotel. It's not the fanciest but it's modern, clean, nice staff and the location is the best in the area. Shortest distance to marina, grocery stores and beach. Description was quite accurate. It was practical to have somebody pick us up at the airport, but not necessary. Not a fancy car - just a regular taxi and 5-10 € more expensive than normal price and there was plenty of available taxis. Takes 30-40 minutes with train or bus to travel to Malaga city which was very nice. Taxi cost about €25 each way.

  Not particularly helpful or considerate staff Hotel room smelt of cigarettes and sewage so asked to be moved but told hotel was full that night.....it was not as I could still book another room. Next day was told we were too late to move even though check in that day was not still not open? We were told we we should have moved early morning but where to as they were allegedly still full from the night before?
